At Wohnish, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Below you will find all the necessary information regarding our shipping process, delivery times, and your rights as a customer.
Shipping Times by Location
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

Important Note: Delivery times are estimates. We strive to meet these deadlines, but delays due to external factors such as customs clearance, courier service issues, or peak seasons are beyond our control.
If your order is not delivered within 30 days, please contact us. We will work with you to find a quick and fair solution, such as re-shipping the product, waiting for the delayed shipment, or offering a discount on a future order.
Customs, Import Duties, and VAT
Shipping Model:
Orders are shipped directly from our suppliers in China.
Wohnish does not act as an importer of goods and is therefore not responsible for VAT or import duties.
Customer Responsibility:
As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any VAT, customs duties, or import fees required by your country's regulations.
Failure to pay these fees may result in delays or the return of the package. In such cases, all associated costs will be deducted from your refund.
Transparent Ordering Process:
During the ordering process, customers are informed that additional costs may apply upon delivery.
Delivery Responsibility
Correct Address:
Customers must provide correct shipping information during the ordering process. Wohnish is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Transfer of Risk:
Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once the package has been handed over to the courier. If the package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier service, but we cannot guarantee a refund.
Package Delays Beyond 30 Days:
If we determine that a package is delayed by more than 30 days or is considered lost, we will work with you to find a quick and fair solution. This may include re-sending the product, waiting for the delayed shipment, or offering a discount on a future order.
Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays, delivery times may be extended. In such cases, Wohnish is not liable for delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking updates to appear.
For orders with multiple items, separate tracking numbers may be provided as items may be shipped in separate packages.
If you do not receive tracking updates after 5 business days, please contact us at kontakt@wohnish.de for assistance.
Damaged or Defective Items
At Wohnish, we take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, we understand that damage can occasionally occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and to your satisfaction.
What to do if you receive a damaged item?
Contact us immediately. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item via email at kontakt@wohnish.de.
Include the following in your email:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
- A brief description of the damage or defect.
Our Assessment
Once we receive your email, our team will review the information provided. We will respond with a solution within 5 business days.
Our Commitment to Resolution
You can rest assured that, depending on the situation, we will offer the following solutions:
Free Replacement: We will send you a new item at no additional cost.
Important Notes:
Please retain the damaged item and its original packaging until the issue is resolved. In some cases, we may request the return of the item or additional photos for assessment.
This policy applies only to items reported as damaged or defective within 7 days of receipt.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. This right only applies if:
- The product is returned unused and in its original packaging.
- The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
Returns should be sent to the address provided by Wohnish. Returns sent to an incorrect address will not be eligible for a refund.

Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. However, additional charges (e.g., VAT, customs duties) imposed by your country are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
Limitation of Liability
Indirect Losses:
Wohnish is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages caused by delays, lost packages, or customs issues.
Force Majeure:
We are not liable for delivery failures or delays due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.
Compliance with Regulations
This shipping policy complies with Dutch consumer law and EU regulations, ensuring transparency and fairness while protecting both our company and our customers.
