Why not file a complaint via PayPal or other credit card providers?
At wohnish, we strive to process returns and refunds or other issues as quickly and smoothly as possible. To ensure a smooth process, we ask you not to open disputes through your credit card provider or PayPal. Why we advise against filing a claim with your payment provider:

How does opening a dispute affect my return/refund? If you open a dispute with your payment provider, your transaction will be locked and the process will automatically be taken over by the provider's dispute system. This means that we cannot process your refund directly until the dispute is resolved, which can delay the return and refund process by weeks or even months.

What should I do if I have a problem with my order? If you have a problem with your order, such as a damaged product, a wrong item, or a shipping delay, please contact our customer service team first to find the right solution.

When can I expect a refund without a dispute? If you contact us directly, we can usually process returns and refunds within 7 to 14 business days. This is often much faster than through the dispute resolution process.

What if I have already opened a dispute? If a dispute has already been opened, we ask you to withdraw the dispute so that we can work directly with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that options to expedite the refund process are limited as long as an active dispute is pending. Contacting our customer service team directly helps us resolve issues quickly and efficiently, so you receive your refund as soon as possible.
