Article 4 – The Offer

The offer is non-binding. The entrepreneur is entitled to change or adjust the offer.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer. If the entrepreneur uses images, these are a true representation of the products and/or services offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on the entrepreneur.
Product images are a true representation of the products offered. However, the entrepreneur cannot guarantee that the colors displayed exactly match the actual colors of the products.
Article 5 – The Contract
The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the conditions set therein.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, they must inform the entrepreneur of their decision.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
The consumer bears the costs of returning the goods, unless the entrepreneur has agreed to cover the return costs.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

1. Goods manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
2. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery.
Article 9 – The Price

All prices are exclusive of VAT and other duties, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

The consumer can terminate an indefinite contract at any time with a notice period of no more than one month.
Article 13 – Payment
Payment shall be made according to the payment methods indicated in the offer.
Article 14 – Disputes
Contracts subject to these General Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Article 15 – Additional or Deviating Provisions
